- 1 lb octopus tentacles, cleaned and cut into pieces
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 4 skewers
Instructions

Preheat grill or grill pan to medium heat.

In a small bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.

Brush octopus pieces with the mixture and skewer them.

Grill octopus skewers for 4-5 minutes per side, until charred and tender.
