How To Make Mrs. Dash Tilapia

  • 4- oz. tilapia fillet (thawed, frozen )
  • Lemon juice (sprinkled on filet)
  • Mrs. Dash grilling blend (generous sprinkling)
  1. Spray baking pan with oil or wipe pan with olive oil.
  2. Place filet in pan and sprinkle on the lemon juice and then the Mrs. Dash grilling blend.
  3. Bake in a 375-degree oven for 12-13 minutes.
  4. Serve with mashed sweet potatoes and a vegetable or salad.
