Ingredients

  • 4 tilapia fillets
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. In a shallow dish, mix flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.

  2. Dredge the tilapia fillets in the flour mixture, shaking off any excess.

  3. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

  4. Cook tilapia fillets for 3-4 minutes on each side, until golden and cooked through. Remove from skillet and set aside.

  5. In the same skillet, add heavy cream and Parmesan cheese. Cook for 2-3 minutes, until the sauce thickens.

  6. Return tilapia fillets to the skillet and spoon the creamy sauce over them. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes to heat through.

  7. Sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving.
