How To Make Fresh Salmon Burgers in the Air Fryer

Ingredients
- 1 lb fresh salmon fillet, skin removed
- 1/4 cup bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup diced red onion
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh dill
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 4 burger buns
- Lettuce, tomato, and mayonnaise (for serving)
Instructions

Cut the salmon into small pieces and place them in a food processor. Pulse until finely chopped.

In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped salmon, bread crumbs, red onion, dill, green onions, lemon zest, Dijon mustard, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.

Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and form each portion into a patty.

Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 5 minutes.

Place the salmon patties in the air fryer basket and cook for 8-10 minutes until they are cooked through and golden brown.

Assemble the burgers by placing a salmon patty on the bottom half of each bun. Top with lettuce, tomato, and mayonnaise. Close with the top half of the bun.

Serve the fresh salmon burgers immediately.
