How To Make Chermoula-Marinated Mackerel

Ingredients
- 4 fresh mackerel fillets
- 1/4 cup of Chermoula sauce
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 lemon, sliced
- Salt and pepper to taste

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.

In a small bowl, mix the Chermoula sauce, olive oil, salt, and pepper.

Place the mackerel fillets in a shallow dish and pour the Chermoula mixture over them. Make sure they are coated evenly. Let marinate for 10 minutes.

Grill the mackerel fillets for about 4-5 minutes per side until cooked through and slightly charred.

Serve the grilled mackerel with lemon slices on top. Enjoy!
