Preparation: 15 minutes
Cooking: 15 minutes
Total: 30 minutes

Serves:

Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground coriander
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 lemon, juiced

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix together the cilantro, parsley, garlic, smoked paprika, cumin, coriander, cayenne pepper, salt, black pepper, olive oil, and lemon juice to create the chermoula sauce.

  2. Place the salmon fillets in a shallow dish and pour the chermoula sauce over them. Let them marinate for at least 15 minutes.

  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Once hot, place the salmon fillets skin-side down on the grill. Cook for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.

  4. Remove the salmon from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes before serving. Serve with your choice of sides and enjoy!
