How To Make Crab and Bacon Stuffed Peppers Recipe
A savory and filling dish, perfect for a family dinner or gathering with friends.

Ingredients
- 4 bell peppers (any color)
- 8 oz crab meat
- 8 strips of bacon, cooked and chopped
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 1/2 onion, chopped
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1/2 tsp Old Bay seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F.

Cut off the tops of the bell peppers, remove the seeds and ribs.

In a mixing bowl, combine crab meat, chopped bacon, bread crumbs, onion, garlic, Old Bay seasoning, salt and pepper.

Stuff the peppers with the crab mixture and drizzle with olive oil.

Place stuffed peppers in a baking dish, cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes.

Remove foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until peppers are lightly browned.
