  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with foil.

  2. In a small saucepan, whisk together the balsamic vinegar, honey, Dijon mustard, garlic, salt, and black pepper. Bring the mixture to a simmer over medium heat and let it cook for 2-3 minutes until it thickens slightly.

  3. Pour the balsamic glaze over the salmon fillets, making sure to coat them evenly.

  4. Bake the salmon for 12-15 minutes or until it is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.

  5. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
