Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets
- 1 tsp of ground cardamom
- 1/3 cup of maple syrup
- 2 tbsp of olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F.

Mix ground cardamom and maple syrup in a bowl and set aside.

Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat.

Season salmon fillets with salt and pepper and place them skin-side down.
