  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 1/2 cup tangerine juice
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.

  2. In a small bowl, whisk together tangerine juice, honey, soy sauce, olive oil, salt, and pepper.

  3. Place salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Pour tangerine sauce over the salmon fillets.
