- 4 tilapia fillets
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 4 burger buns
- Lettuce leaves
- Tomato slices
- Tartar sauce (optional)
- Vegetable oil, for frying
