  • 2 5oz cans of tuna, drained
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 cup diced celery
  • 1/4 cup diced red onion
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix together the tuna, mayo, Greek yogurt, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until well combined.

  2. Add in the diced celery, red onion, and parsley, then mix again until evenly distributed.

  3. Serve on a bed of lettuce or in a sandwich. Enjoy!
