  • 8 slices of bread
  • 4 ripe bananas, sliced
  • 8 tablespoons of peanut butter
  • 8 slices of bacon
  • 4 tablespoons of butter, softened

Instructions

  1. Preheat a pan or griddle over medium heat.

  2. Spread butter on one side of each slice of bread.

  3. On the unbuttered side of 4 slices of bread, spread 1 tablespoon of peanut butter.

  4. Layer 4 slices of bread with banana slices and bacon. Top with the remaining slices of bread, buttered side up.

  5. Cook the sandwiches in the preheated pan or griddle until golden brown on both sides and the peanut butter is slightly melted, about 2-3 minutes per side.

  6. Remove from heat and let cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
