How To Make Tahini, feta & honey toastie

Serves:

Ingredients

  • 8 slices of bread
  • 4 tablespoons of tahini
  • 1 cup of crumbled feta cheese
  • 4 tablespoons of honey

Instructions

  1. Preheat a sandwich press or panini press.

  2. Spread 1 tablespoon of tahini on each slice of bread.

  3. Sprinkle 1/4 cup of crumbled feta cheese on half of the bread slices.

  4. Drizzle 1 tablespoon of honey on top of the feta cheese.

  5. Cover the slices with the remaining bread slices, tahini-side down.

  6. Place the sandwiches in the sandwich press and cook for about 5 minutes, or until the bread is toasted and the cheese has melted.

  7. Remove from the press and let cool for a minute before serving.

  8. Serve warm and enjoy!
