Ingredients

  • 4 pieces of naan bread
  • 1 cup of mango chutney
  • 2 cups of grated cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 2 tbsp of butter, softened

Instructions

  1. Preheat a sandwich press or grill pan.

  2. Spread butter on one side of each piece of naan bread.

  3. Place two pieces of naan bread, butter side down, on a plate or cutting board.

  4. Spread each piece of naan bread with mango chutney.

  5. Sprinkle grated cheese evenly over the chutney.

  6. Top with the remaining pieces of naan bread, butter side up.

  7. Place the naan toasties in the preheated sandwich press or grill pan.

  8. Cook for about 4-5 minutes, or until the bread is crispy and the cheese is melted.

  9. Remove from heat and let cool slightly before cutting into triangles.

  10. Serve hot and enjoy!
