Ingredients

  • 8 slices of bread
  • 200g Stilton cheese, crumbled
  • 4 tbsp cranberry sauce
  • 2 tbsp butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat a sandwich press or a frying pan over medium heat.

  2. Butter one side of each bread slice.

  3. Place 4 slices of bread, buttered side down, on a clean surface.

  4. Spread 1 tbsp of cranberry sauce on each slice.

  5. Divide the crumbled Stilton cheese equally among the 4 slices.

  6. Top with the remaining bread slices, buttered side up.

  7. Place the sandwiches in the sandwich press or frying pan and cook for about 5 minutes, or until golden brown and the cheese has melted.

  8. Flip the sandwiches and cook for an additional 5 minutes, or until the other side is golden brown.

  9. Remove from heat and allow to cool slightly before serving.
