
How To Make Easy Tofu Sandwich
Whip yourself up a filling and hearty sandwich without any meat! This tofu sandwich is savory, flavorful, and great for Meatless Mondays.

Ingredients
- 1tbspsesame oil
- 1tbsphot pepper sauce
- 1tbspsoy sauce
- 1tbspworcestershire sauce
- ¼tspgarlic powder
- ¼tspdry mustard powder
- 1lbblock of tofu
- cooking oil,optional
- 4buns
- 1avocado
- sprouts,handful
- 1tomato
- mustard,I like dijon
Instructions

Combine the sesame oil, hot pepper sauce, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and dry mustard in the storage container. This is the marinade.

Cut the tofu into four slices about 1 inch thick and add it to the marinade. Seal the container and shake it around to coat the tofu. Let this marinate in the refrigerator for at least 24 minutes and up to 24 hours.

Heat the skillet over a medium burner until it’s hot enough to make a drop of water bubble. Cook the tofu slices 5 to 8 minutes on each side until brown and firm.

On each bottom bun, spread on mustard, followed by a slice of the cooked tofu, sprouts, tomato, and avocado. Finish each sandwich with a top bun. Dig in.
