How To Make BBQ Grape Sloppy Joes
Give a delicious upgrade to your sloppy joes with this recipe that cooks the beef in grape jelly and barbecue sauce. Serve with a cream cheese spread.

Ingredients
For BBQ Grape Sloppy Joes:
- 1lbground beef,(80/20)
- 1cupyellow onion,diced
- ½tspsalt
- ½tsppepper
- 1cupgrape jelly
- ½cupbarbecue sauce
- 6brioche buns
For Cream Cheese Spread:
- 8ozcream cheese,softened
- ⅓cupmayonnaise
- 1tbsponion juice,or finely chopped onion
- 1pinchsalt and pepper,to taste
- hot sauce,to taste
Instructions

In a large skillet add the beef and onions. Cook well for 5 to 6 minutes, breaking it apart but leaving some chunks.

Add in the salt and pepper, grape jelly, and bbq sauce. Cook for about 5 to 6 minutes until the sauce starts to evaporate and the mixture becomes “sloppy”.

Spoon the mixture onto the brioche buns topped with cream cheese spread.
Cream Cheese Spread:

Combine all ingredients in a stand mixer, or with electric beaters, until smooth. Spread on brioche buns.

Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 1 week in the refrigerator.
