- 2 large mangoes, peeled and julienned
- 1/2 small red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro leaves, chopped
- Juice of 2 limes
- Zest of 1 lime
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste

In a large bowl, combine the julienned mangoes, sliced red onion, minced jalapeno pepper, and chopped cilantro.
