Ingredients

  • 4 pieces of naan bread
  • 1 cup of plain yogurt
  • 1/4 cup of fresh mint leaves, chopped
  • 1/4 cup of fresh coriander leaves, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp of cumin powder
  • 1/2 tsp of chaat masala
  • Salt, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

  2. Cut the naan bread into strips or wedges.

  3. Place the naan slices on a baking sheet and bake for about 8-10 minutes, or until they become crispy.

  4. In a bowl, mix together the yogurt, mint leaves, coriander leaves, cumin powder, chaat masala, and salt.

  5. Serve the crispy naan dippers with the fresh mint and coriander raita dip.
