How To Make Sticky Jerk Salmon with Mango Slaw

Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets
- 1/4 cup jerk seasoning
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 cups shredded cabbage
- 1 ripe mango, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 1/4 cup chopped red onion
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions

Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

In a small bowl, mix together jerk seasoning, honey, soy sauce, lime juice, and vegetable oil.

Brush jerk sauce mixture onto salmon fillets.

Grill salmon for 6-7 minutes per side, or until cooked through and slightly charred.

In a large bowl, combine shredded cabbage, mango slices, cilantro, red onion, mayonnaise, lime juice, salt, and pepper. Toss well to coat.

Serve grilled salmon over a bed of mango slaw.
