  • ¼cupdill pickle juice
  • 1tbspsugar
  • ½green cabbage,(about 4 cups), thin shredded
  • 2medium carrots,(about 1 cup), grated
  • ¼cupdill pickles,chopped


  1. Whisk together the mayo, pickle juice, and sugar. Stir in shredded cabbage, carrots, and pickles.

  2. Stir together and taste. Season to liking with salt and pepper.

  3. Serve with steak or other meats, and enjoy!
