How To Make Pickle Cabbage Slaw

Level up your meals with a side of this sour and sweet-like cabbage slaw, made creamy with mayonnaise with the crunch of colorful veggies.

Ingredients

  • ½cupmayonnaise
  • ¼cupdill pickle juice
  • 1tbspsugar
  • ½green cabbage,(about 4 cups), thin shredded
  • 2medium carrots,(about 1 cup), grated
  • ¼cupdill pickles,chopped

Instructions

  1. Whisk together the mayo, pickle juice, and sugar. Stir in shredded cabbage, carrots, and pickles.

  2. Stir together and taste. Season to liking with salt and pepper.

  3. Serve with steak or other meats, and enjoy!
