How To Make Macaroni and Cheese Salad

Ingredients
- 8 oz macaroni
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 2 tbsp red onion, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp dill pickle, chopped
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions

Cook macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and rinse with cold water.

In a large bowl, combine cooked macaroni, cheddar cheese, red onion, dill pickle, and parsley.

In a separate bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, salt, and pepper.

Pour the dressing over the macaroni mixture and toss until well coated.

Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
