How To Make Macaroni Salad with Peas

Ingredients
- 2 cups macaroni
- 1 cup frozen peas, thawed
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
- 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped red onion
- 2 stalks celery, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
Instructions

Cook the macaroni according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse with cold water.

In a large bowl, combine the cooked macaroni, peas, red onion, and celery.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sour cream, vinegar, mustard, salt, and black pepper until well combined.

Pour the dressing over the macaroni mixture and toss until evenly coated.

Stir in the chopped parsley.
