How To Make Mom’s Best Macaroni Salad

Ingredients
- 2 cups elbow macaroni
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 tbsp mustard
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/4 cup diced red bell pepper
- 1/4 cup diced green bell pepper
- 1/4 cup diced celery
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Cook the macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and rinse with cold water.

In a large bowl, mix together mayonnaise, sour cream, mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.

Add the cooked macaroni to the bowl and toss until well coated.

Stir in the diced bell peppers, celery, and parsley.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
