Ingredients
- 8 oz elbow macaroni
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp white vinegar
- 1 tbsp yellow mustard
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 cup diced red bell pepper
- 1/2 cup diced celery
- 1/4 cup diced red onion
- 1/4 cup diced dill pickles
- 2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
Instructions

Cook macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and rinse with cold water.

In a large bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, vinegar, mustard, salt, and black pepper.

Add cooked macaroni, red bell pepper, celery, red onion, pickles, and chopped eggs to the bowl. Stir well to combine.

Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
