  • 1 lb fresh lump crabmeat
  • ½ cup cream cheese ( or 4 oz., softened )
  • 4 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 small red onion (chopped)
  • ½ tbsp red bell pepper (chopped)
  • 4 tbsp parsley (or cilantro, chopped )
  • 3 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 1 tbsp pepper
  1. Simply mix all ingredients in a salad bowl. You can choose to serve it as it is or even serve it as a sandwich.
