
How To Make Honey Chipotle Pork Roast
Sink your teeth into this juicy pork roast, that’s packed with sweetness from honey and a spicy kick from chipotle puree, for a mouthwatering meal!

Ingredients
- 4tbspraw honey
- ½tspchipotle hot sauce
- 1tbspchipotle puree
- 1tspcilantro
- ½tspsalt
- 1tspchili powder
- 1tspcumin
- ¼tspblack pepper
- 1garlic clove,minced
- 2lbpork roast
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Place the pork roast in a greased baking dish, white, fat cap side up. Using a knife, cut a crisscross pattern into the top of the roast, through the fat layer.

In a bowl, mix together the honey chipotle glaze, and spread half of it over the top of the roast

Bake for 40 minutes. Cover roast with remaining glaze, and bake for an additional 35 to 40 minutes until it reaches an internal temp of at least 145 degrees F.

Remove from oven and let it rest for 5 to 10 minutes.
