How To Make Herb-Crusted Pork Sirloin Roast

Ingredients
- 2 lbs pork sirloin roast
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
- 2 tbsp fresh thyme, chopped
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a small bowl, mix together the minced garlic, chopped rosemary, chopped thyme, Dijon mustard, salt, and black pepper.

Rub the olive oil all over the pork sirloin roast.

Spread the herb mixture evenly over the entire surface of the roast, pressing it down gently to adhere.

Place the roast on a roasting rack set inside a roasting pan.

Roast the pork for 1 hour to 1 hour 15 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).

Remove the roast from the oven and tent it with aluminum foil. Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.

Slice the pork sirloin roast into thin slices and serve.
