How To Make Crisp Roast Pork with Honey Mustard Gravy

Ingredients
- 2.5 lbs pork roast
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 cup chicken broth
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 325°F.

Season the pork roast with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.

Place the pork roast on a rack in a roasting pan and roast for 2.5 hours.

In a small bowl, whisk together honey and Dijon mustard.

Remove the pork roast from the oven and brush the honey mustard mixture over the top.

Increase the oven temperature to 425°F and return the pork roast to the oven for 30 minutes, or until the top is crispy and browned.

Remove the pork roast from the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.

Meanwhile, in a small saucepan, heat the chicken broth over medium heat.

Whisk in any pan drippings from the roasting pan and simmer for 5 minutes to make a gravy.
