Ingredients

  • 2 ripe pears
  • 100g bresaola
  • 100g mixed salad greens
  • 100g cheese of your choice (such as pecorino or gorgonzola), thinly sliced
  • Handful of walnuts, roughly chopped
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Wash and dry the pears. Using a mandoline or a sharp knife, thinly slice the pears and set aside.

  2. In a large salad bowl, combine the mixed salad greens, bresaola, cheese, and walnuts.

  3. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Adjust the seasoning to taste.

  4. Drizzle the dressing over the salad and gently toss to coat.

  5. Arrange the shaved pears on top of the salad.

  6. Serve immediately and enjoy!
