Ingredients

  • 1 pizza crust
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 cup crumbled gorgonzola cheese
  • 1 pear, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1/4 cup arugula

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.

  2. Roll out the pizza crust and place it on a baking sheet.

  3. Brush the pizza crust with olive oil, making sure to cover the entire surface.

  4. Sprinkle the crumbled gorgonzola cheese over the entire pizza.

  5. Arrange the sliced pear on top of the cheese.
