How To Make Bacon Pear Gorgonzola Salad

Ingredients
- 8ozSpring Mix Lettuce
- 2pears,sliced
- ½cuppecans
- ½cupdried cranberries
- ½cupgorgonzola cheese,crumbled
- 8slicesbacon
For Dressing:
- ½cupextra virgin olive oil
- ⅓cupbalsamic vinegar
- 1tbspshallot,minced
- 2tspdijon mustard
- 2tspgranulated sugar
- ½tspsalt
- fresh ground pepper,to taste

Toast pecans on a baking sheet for 5 minutes at 350 degrees F.

Cook the bacon in a fry pan or bake on a rimmed baking sheet lined with parchment paper at 400 degrees for 20 minutes or until done. Drain on a paper towel lined plate, let cool completely, and dice.
