How To Make Matzo Pizza

In making pizza, you don’t always have to go big. Sometimes, all you need are crackers just like this matzo pizza dish using crunchy Matzo crackers.

Preparation: 15 minutes
Cooking: 5 minutes
Total: 20 minutes



  • 4matzo crackers,fat-free
  • 6tbsptomatoes,crushed
  • ½tspdried oregano
  • 1cupmozzarella,reduced fat, shredded
  • 2medium tomatoes,sliced paper thin
  • red onion,to taste
  • 12black olives
  • ¼cupfresh basil,for topping


  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. Place a rack on a baking sheet.

  2. Spread 1½ tablespoons of crushed tomatoes on each matzo. Sprinkle with oregano then top with tomatoes and onions.

  3. Top with ¼ cup of cheese on each one, olives and bake in the oven for about 5 to 6 minutes until the cheese melts.

  4. Serve warm, and enjoy!
