How To Make Spaghetti Alla Chittara

This egg-based pasta is great for quick and easy spaghetti dishes. For this spaghetti Alla chittara, we are using tomatoes and basil for flavor.




  • 1pkgspaghetti
  • 4Roma tomatoes
  • ½cupolive oil
  • basil,fresh
  • cupgarlic,fresh
  • salt,to taste


  1. Boil water for pasta.

  2. Cook for 7 to 9 minutes. Drain pasta and set aside.

  3. Dice tomatoes and thinly slice basil.

  4. Heat sauce pan for 3 minutes. Pour olive oil in saucepan.

  5. Add tomatoes and fresh basil.

  6. Stir for 5 minutes. Add garlic.

  7. Mix in pasta. Add salt to taste.

  8. Enjoy!
