Ingredients

  • 12 ounces spaghetti
  • 4 ounces pancetta, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 eggs
  • 2/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Chopped fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

  2. In a large skillet, cook the pancetta over medium heat until crispy. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

  3. In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

  4. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, grated Parmesan cheese, salt, and black pepper.

  5. Pour the egg mixture into the skillet with the garlic and stir quickly to combine.

  6. Add the cooked spaghetti and crispy pancetta to the skillet. Toss everything together until the pasta is coated with the creamy sauce.

  7. Serve the spaghetti alla Carbonara hot, garnished with chopped fresh parsley.
