How To Make Rotini Pasta with Spinach and Feta

A wholesome pasta dish with fresh spinach and crumbled feta cheese.

  • 12 oz rotini pasta
  • 4 cups fresh spinach
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • Salt and pepper, to taste


  1. Cook pasta according to package directions.

  2. While pasta is cooking, heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

  3. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.

  4. Add fresh spinach and toss in the oil until fully wilted, then season with salt and pepper to taste.

  5. Drain cooked pasta and add it to the skillet with the spinach.

  6. Toss together until well combined.

  7. Top with crumbled feta cheese before serving.
