How To Make Pasta Salad with Homemade Dressing

Ingredients
- 8 oz rotini pasta
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup cucumber, diced
- 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup black olives, sliced
- 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- For the Dressing:
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Cook the rotini pasta according to package instructions. Drain and rinse with cold water.

In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, black olives, and feta cheese.

In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, red wine vinegar, minced garlic, Dijon mustard, dried oregano, salt, and pepper. Pour the dressing over the pasta salad and toss until well coated.
