Serve up a hearty plate of pasta bake for dinner tonight! It’s loaded with meaty flavors of chicken and bacon smothered in a creamy ranch sauce.

  • Cooking spray
  • 16ozbow tie pasta
  • cupbutter
  • 8ozcream cheesecubed
  • 2tbspranch dressing mix
  • 2cupsmilk
  • 8ozMonterey Jack cheeseshredded
  • 8slicesbaconcooked, divided
  • 2chicken breastscooked, shredded
  • 1cupCheddar Jack cheeseshredded


  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

  2. Coat a 9 x 13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.

  3. Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil.

  4. Cook the bow-tie pasta at a boil, stirring occasionally for 12 minutes until tender yet firm to the bite.

  5. Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat.

  6. Add the cream cheese and ranch dressing mix, then whisk until smooth.

  7. Slowly whisk in the milk.

  8. Stir in the Monterey Jack cheese, then cook for 5 to 10 minutes until the cheese has melted and the sauce has thickened.

  9. Crumble 6 slices of bacon, then stir them into the sauce.

  10. Combine the cooked pasta and shredded chicken in a large bowl.

  11. Pour the sauce on top and mix until well combined.

  12. Transfer the mixed pasta into the prepared baking dish.

  13. Top with Cheddar Jack cheese and crumble the remaining 2 slices of bacon on top.

  14. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes until the cheese has melted.
