Ingredients

  • 8 ounces of fusilli pasta
  • 2 cans of tuna, drained
  • 1/4 cup of pesto sauce
  • 1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh basil leaves, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the fusilli pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

  2. In a large skillet, heat the drained tuna over medium heat for 2-3 minutes.

  3. Add the cooked pasta, pesto sauce, and Parmesan cheese to the skillet. Stir until well combined and heated through.

  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  5. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the pasta and cover the skillet with a lid. Let it cook for another 2-3 minutes, or until the cheese has melted.

  6. Garnish with fresh basil leaves before serving.
