How To Make Warm Potato & Tuna Salad with Pesto Dressing

Ingredients
- 1 lb baby potatoes, halved
- 1 can tuna, drained
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup black olives, sliced
- 2 cups mixed salad greens
- 1/4 cup pesto sauce
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

In a pot of salted boiling water, cook the potatoes until tender, about 10 minutes. Drain and set aside.

In a large bowl, combine the cooked potatoes, tuna, cherry tomatoes, red onion, black olives, and mixed salad greens.

In a small bowl, whisk together the pesto sauce, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
