How To Make Cheesy Mushroom Pasta Recipe

An easy-to-prepare, creamy pasta dish with sautéed mushrooms, topped with melted cheese.

  • 8 oz. of pasta
  • 1 tbsp of olive oil
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 cup of sliced mushrooms
  • 1 cup of heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper as per taste


  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions.

  2. Heat olive oil in a pan, add garlic and sauté for a minute.

  3. Add mushrooms and sauté until they are cooked.

  4. Add heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper to the pan and stir until the sauce thickens.

  5. Toss the cooked pasta into the sauce.

  6. Serve hot with additional grated cheese.
