
How To Make Creamy Parmesan Garlic Brussel Sprouts
You don’t need to compromise on taste for a healthy side dish. These garlic Brussel sprouts are cooked in parmesan sauce to make a yummy and healthy dish.

Ingredients
- 1½lbsbrussels sprouts,halved
- 1tbspolive oil
- 3clovesgarlic,minced
For Creamy Sauce:
- ½cupchicken broth
- ½cupheavy cream
- 2tspcornstarch
- ½cupparmesan cheese,grated
- 1tspItalian seasoning
- salt and pepper,to taste

In a medium sized skillet add the brussels sprouts, olive oil and garlic. Sauté until almost tender. This will be about 5 to 7 minutes. Remove the Brussels sprouts and set aside.

Add the chicken broth, heavy cream, and cornstarch and whisk together until smooth. Add the Parmesan Cheese, Italian seasoning, and salt and pepper. Simmer until the sauce starts to thicken.

Add the Brussels sprouts and toss to coat in the creamy sauce until heated through.
