How To Make Buttered sprouts with pancetta

Ingredients
- 1 lb Brussel sprouts, trimmed and halved
- 4 oz pancetta, diced
- 2 tbsp butter
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions

Heat a large skillet over medium heat and cook the pancetta until crispy. Remove from the pan and set aside.

In the same skillet, melt the butter and add the Brussel sprouts. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the sprouts are tender and slightly browned.

Season with salt and pepper.

Remove from heat and stir in the crispy pancetta.
