
How To Make Cheesy Garlic Brussels Sprouts
These caramelized and roasted garlic Brussel sprouts provide a sweet and earthy taste that complements the sweet and salty flavor of the Mozzarella cheese.

Ingredients
- 24ozbrussels sprouts
- 3tbspolive oil
- 2tbspunsalted butter
- 6clovesgarlicminced
- ¾tspsalt
- ¼tspblack pepper
- 1½cupshredded Mozzarella cheese
Instructions

Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Lightly grease a baking sheet with nonstick cooking oil spray.

Heat oil in the pan over medium-high heat until hot. Add sprouts, season with salt and pepper.

Once hot, add your brussels sprouts. Cook until slightly charred and caramelized for about 6 to 8 minutes.

Melt the butter in the pan. Stir the butter through the sprouts, then add the garlic and sauté until fragrant for about 30 seconds, stirring through the sprouts.

Transfer sprouts to the prepared baking sheet in a single layer. Bake for 8 for 10 minutes.

Remove from the oven and top with the cheese. Return to the oven and bake until the cheese melts and becomes golden.

Adjust salt and pepper, if needed. Serve immediately.
