
How To Make Brazilian Stroganoff
This Brazilian stroganoff dish is packed with tender beef, simmered in a creamy tomato sauce, for a hearty and filling meal!

Ingredients
- 1lbstew beef,tenderized, diced
- ½tspvinegar
- salt,to taste
- 1tspoil,or as needed
- 1onion,diced
- 15ozcorn,(1 can), drained
- 15ozsweet peas,(1 can), drained
- 4.5ozmushrooms,(1 can), drained, diced
- 6oztomato sauce,(1 can)
- 2cupsheavy whipping cream
Instructions

Place the beef into a bowl, then toss with vinegar and salt.

Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat, then cook and stir the onion for 3 to 5 minutes until softened.

Add the beef to the onions, then cook and stir for about 5 minutes, until the onions are soft and the meat has begun to brown.

Mix the corn, peas, and mushrooms into the skillet, then cook and stir for about 10 minutes until flavors combine. Stir in the tomato sauce and cream.

Cook and stir for about 3 minutes, until the meat is cooked through. Season with salt.
