Ingredients
- 2 lb. pork ribs
- 4 cups olive oil
- 1 ½ tbsp. salt
- 1 tsp. ground pepper
- 1 tbsp. brown sugar
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. onion powder
- 2 tbsp. oregano, chopped
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients together.

Place in a large zipped bag and let the meat marinate overnight.
