  • 2 lb. pork ribs
  • 4 cups olive oil
  • 1 ½ tbsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. ground pepper
  • 1 tbsp. brown sugar
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tsp. onion powder
  • 2 tbsp. oregano, chopped


  1. In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients together.
  2. Place in a large zipped bag and let the meat marinate overnight.

  3. Place the marinated ribs on a baking sheet. Preheat oven to 350°F.

  4. Cook for about an hour or until the ribs are no longer pink in the center. Serve.
