Imagine creamy and tender meat on a bed of springy pasta. A delicious recipe for tasty beef stroganoff that makes use of cubed meat and pre-made mushroom soup for convenience without the compromise on flavor.

  • beef stew meat , or chuck steak, cubed
  • 1 onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 can golden mushroom soup
  • 1 can sour cream, (16 oz)
  • 1 bag wide noodles


  1. Cut meat into bite-sized pieces and brown in olive oil or vegetable oil.
  2. Cut up onion and garlic and mix in with meat.
  3. After browning, add water and simmer approximately ½ hour.

  4. Stir in soup and simmer additional 30 minutes.

  5. Stir in sour cream.
  6. Prepare noodles.
  7. Pour stroganoff over the noodles and enjoy.
