Ingredients
- beef stew meat , or chuck steak, cubed
- 1 onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 can golden mushroom soup
- 1 can sour cream, (16 oz)
- 1 bag wide noodles
Instructions
- Cut meat into bite-sized pieces and brown in olive oil or vegetable oil.
- Cut up onion and garlic and mix in with meat.

After browning, add water and simmer approximately ½ hour.

Stir in soup and simmer additional 30 minutes.
- Stir in sour cream.
- Prepare noodles.
- Pour stroganoff over the noodles and enjoy.
