How To Make Deluxe Mushroom Stroganoff

Ingredients
- 8 oz egg noodles
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 lb mixed mushrooms (cremini, shiitake, oyster), sliced
- 1 small onion, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp thyme
- 1 cup vegetable broth
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions

Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the mushrooms, onion, and garlic, and sauté until the mushrooms are tender and golden brown, about 8-10 minutes.

Sprinkle the thyme over the mushrooms and stir to combine.

In a small bowl, whisk together the vegetable broth, sour cream, and flour until smooth.

Pour the sour cream mixture into the skillet with the mushrooms. Stir until well combined and the sauce starts to thicken, about 2-3 minutes.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.
