How To Make Glazed Meatloaf

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 tbsp mustard
- 1/4 cup ketchup
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, onion, garlic, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.

Shape the mixture into a loaf shape and place it in a greased baking dish.

In a separate bowl, mix together the brown sugar, mustard, and ketchup. Spread this glaze over the top of the meatloaf.

Bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour, or until the meatloaf is cooked through and the glaze is sticky and caramelized.

Remove from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.
